However, if you wish to return an item, please review our returns policy below.
This policy is designed to be clear, fair, and aligned with our international fulfilment process.
1. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.
- All return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees, customs fees and any additional charges.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, including all attached tags and labels.
- Trying on items is allowed, but wearing or using them is not.
- Purchasing multiple sizes with the intention of returning some or all of them is not permitted. This is considered misuse of our returns system.
2. Returns Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email us at info@ellington-melbourne.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

Our team will provide you with the return address of our fulfilment partner in China.

You must return the item entirely at your own expense, including any customs, clearance or international postage costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
3. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at our fulfilment facility and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are issued within 30 days via the original payment method.
- Shipping fees and return costs are not refundable.
4. Liability & Responsibility
- We are not responsible for lost return parcels or items without tracking.
- If tracking shows that the parcel was delivered to the address provided by the customer, Ellington-Melbourne cannot issue a refund.
- Providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is the responsibility of the customer.
- Address corrections must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
